Ashley Holley, REALTOR®

Providing excellent customer service is something that comes naturally to Ashley Holley. From an early age Ashley worked for her family business, a chain of Hallmark stores in the Indianapolis area. Learning the retail industry instilled in her a deep understanding of how important it is to listen and respect each and every customer. Ashley’s teaching degree assists her with simplifying the buying and selling process so her clients can fully understand, creating a carefree experience.
 
Before relocating to the Fort Wayne area, Ashley worked for another division of F.C. Tucker in Noblesville as a real estate office assistant. This experience allowed her to observe the behind-the-scenes aspects of a real estate transaction and allowed her to realize what it takes to become successful in the business. Ashley started her real estate career in 2009, a time that has been called the worst housing market since the Great Depression. With her knowledge and background experience, Ashley soared and was awarded “Rookie of the Year” for her accomplishments as a first year agent. From this year forward, she has built the foundation of her business from the referrals of clients completely satisfied with the level of care they received. 
 
Her recommendations have resulted in her individual participation in over 100 home sales within the last year. She is currently a member of the Mike Thomas Associates/F. C. Tucker President’s Club, an exclusive membership granted only to a small percentage of top selling agents. 
 
At the end of 2012, Ashley decided a team approach would provide an even better level of customer service to her clientele. She searched for agents to form a team that could bring

Kaleigh Kinney, REALTOR® 

At a time when the market is changing so drastically, Kaleigh Kinney brings years of experience to the Holley Home Team. She started in the business in 2001 as a transaction coordinator for the Rutsey Team at Mike Thomas Associates. As her interest grew in the business and her desire to help others obtain their dream the decision to transition into real estate sales was easy for her.

Kaleigh has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business with a special concentration in Marketing. This benefits her clients by helping them present and advertise their home with more creativity and knowledge than most. With her educational background and her years of experience in this field, Kaleigh has learned to rise to many different challenges and over come many obstacles.

With home buying and selling an unfamiliar or emotional process for some, she is an excellent guide for her clients. Listening to their requests, responding timely to address their needs and delivering results is Kaleigh’s promise to each and every client. Keeping buyers and sellers informed throughout the entire real estate transaction and their best interests her main priority. Jayme Lea, REALTOR®

Jayme offers her clients an outstanding level of customer service. Her ex-military back ground and training have given her the motivation and the attention to detail necessary to excel at every level of the real estate transaction.

Prior to her real estate career, Jayme has over 14 years of customer service in medical billing and auto insurance. Both of these employments have given her the experience to listen and to be patient with helping others in all situations. Combining this background, her real estate career and her dedication to ongoing education in her field, Jayme provides an unsurpassed choice for anyone ready to buy or sell a home. Known by others for her tenacity, perseverance, fairness and honesty, Jayme also brings a reputation for timely response to a client’s needs and concerns. Her cell phone and email are always at hand. The result of that brings a level of professionalism and care to each and every client.

Being a mother of four gorgeous children, owning three furry friends and married to an amazing man, Jayme is a woman on the go. When not working she and her family enjoy having camp fires, traveling to different places, working on their home and yard, and watching movies. Although she stays busy, she knows how important it is to take time for yourself and when she does she enjoys jogging, weight lifting, trying new recipes and photography. Her decision to enter into the real estate field evolved from wanting to be a part of a relationship-based business that helps others achieve their goals and making dreams come true. Jayme’s goal is to build a business upon referrals from clients that were extremely happy with the level of care they received from her, the Holley Home Team and Mike Thomas Realtors.


Laurie & Nate Hammond, REALTOR®

 

Laurie has taken a client !rst approach during her 15 years in real estate. Laurie provides a !rst class experience in order to help procure referrals. Laurie tailors her service to meet the client’s speci!c needs whether they are buying, selling, building, or investing. You will quickly see her passion for people and how she enjoys working in real estate. Her friendly and outgoing nature will surely win you over.

Laurie had an interest in real estate early in her life. She wanted to learn from the best so in 2000 she started as an assistant to one of the top real estate agents in the area. He encouraged her to take what she had learned and become licensed. In 2002 she became a licensed REALTOR© with Mike Thomas Associates. She excelled quickly earning Rookie of the Year and becoming a Million Dollar Producer. Time is often a precious commodity for clients so e#orts are focused around those activities that have proven to create the most efficient results. 15 years of experience and studying in real estate has helped Laurie be able to de!ne what works and what doesn’t. Laurie has patience and will work with you at your level to make sure that she understands your needs and answers all of your questions or concerns.

Recently, Nate has joined his wife Laurie to combine skills and abilities to increase the level of client service. Nate has 15 years of experience in Financial Services including working for both Merrill Lynch and Lincoln Financial Advisors. He has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Economics from Purdue University and a M.B.A. from IPFW. It is a natural transition to helping with real estate because a home is an important part of your !nancial picture. Nate has experience managing projects with multiple facets and can help with !nancial calculations and projections.

Nate and Laurie complement each other well and are excited about working together professionally. They have a network of professionals also available to help meet all of your needs. Their goal is to help reduce and eliminate the stress involved with real estate transactions. Nate and Laurie have been married for 13 years and have two children (both girls). They enjoy traveling, spending time with family, and new experiences. Nate and Laurie are excited about the opportunity to help you with your real estate needs.
